NEW ENGLAND

Whether you’re basking in the glow of a laid-back beach town in Rhode Island, or capturing the coastal charm of Vermont, New England is brimming with pockets of colorful and creative cuisine. We fished around Maine for a tasty lobster recipe, stewed over clam chowder from Boston and topped it all off with a yummy New England Apple Pie.

Appetizer:  Clam Chowder

THE GULF OF MEXICO

The gulf brings to mind friendly sun-swept shores of Galveston, Texas up the coast to Tampa Bay, where flavor and tradition share the same plate. Southern comfort food is every bite as enjoyable, as savoring it shore-side with someone special. So take your taste buds to the salty waters of the gulf, with these fresh and inspiring dishes.

Appetizer: Black Eyed Pea Cakes with Heirloom Tomatoes and Slaw

Main course: Creole Shrimp with Garlic and Lemon

THE PACIFIC OCEAN
