Even if you’re nowhere near the shoreline, we can help put you in a coastal state of mind starting right now. We’ve cooked up three different delicious menus, from the colorful seaside of New England to the soulful Gulf of Mexico and over to the playful Pacific.

So what do you say, let’s make dinner a breeze!

Whether you’re basking in the glow of a laid-back beach town in Rhode Island, or capturing the coastal charm of Vermont, New England is brimming with pockets of colorful and creative cuisine. We fished around Maine for a tasty lobster recipe, stewed over clam chowder from Boston and topped it all off with a yummy New England Apple Pie.

Appetizer:  Clam Chowder

Main course: Main Lobster Rolls

Dessert: New England Apple Pie

The gulf brings to mind friendly sun-swept shores of Galveston, Texas up the coast to Tampa Bay, where flavor and tradition share the same plate. Southern comfort food is every bite as enjoyable, as savoring it shore-side with someone special. So take your taste buds to the salty waters of the gulf, with these fresh and inspiring dishes.

Appetizer: Black Eyed Pea Cakes with Heirloom Tomatoes and Slaw

Main course: Creole Shrimp with Garlic and Lemon

Dessert: Sweet Plantains Dessert

Walks along the miles of extra long coastline bordering the Pacific end beautifully at the water’s edge, daydreaming over a pretty plate of fresh salmon or shellfish.  From the sunny shades of California and Oregon to the deep waters of Alaska and Hawaii, seafood is as fresh as it gets.  So enjoy your dinner date to the coast — resort-wear optional.

Appetizer: Cilantro Lime Coleslaw

Main course: Cedar planked salmon

Dessert: the “It’s It” ice cream sandwich
