Closet staples. Wardrobe must-haves. Perfect packers. Whatever you call them, everyone has them…they’re the basic pieces of clothing you just can’t do without! And for the month of August, we’re all about heading back to the basics—maybe they’re the first things you loved about Fresh Produce. (Are you a Logo Fem T collector?) We’ve selected a few of everyone’s favorite basic styles for you with some style tips included!
The Vintage Slub Scoop Neck T was recently featured by a style editor at Lucky magazine on the Good Afternoon America Show. Watch the segment here! They paired the top in white with jeans as a look that guys love—simple and cute! But we say, why stop at white when there are so many colors to choose from? Try the top in a cool color (greens and blues) and pair it with a contrasting scarf (in red or orange) or a tonal bottom (a lighter or darker shade of green or blue).
One of our favorite outfits is the Vintage Drape T paired with the Swing Capri, and if you’ve ever worn this outfit, you’ll understand why! It’s unbelievably comfortable, but still looks put together, stylish and beautiful. For these styles, we love the look of pairing a bright with a neutral. Try the T in Spring Green (a bright, saturated green) with the Capri in white for a fresh look. Or try the T in Oyster or Twilight (greys) with the Capri in Neon Hot Tropic. It’s a really fun pair that doesn’t look over-the top with neon!
Every true Fresh Produce fan has multiple Logo Fem Tshirts in her closet—maybe some are from years ago! Available in multiple prints and in plus size, it’s one of our most popular styles. We love it in pink shades (Neon Hot Tropic, Cosmos and blush) and white, especially with the Cruiser Skort. The hidden shorts under the skirt keep you feeling confident and comfortable and with just a hint of stretch and adjustable side tabs, you’ll have the perfect fit. We love how it looks in a dark neutral with the pretty pinks!
All-time best sellers the Boxy Tank and Jersey Short pair perfectly together. Throw on a cardigan when for those cool restaurants; there are endless ways to pair colors or prints for a number of different looks. Mix light colors for a beachy feel or bright colors to light up the room. However you pair, feel great in comfy basics!
